Applying Lean Principles to Advance Supply Chain Maturity


Students will understand the history of Lean Management and its main principles as one of the proven methodologies that are driving world-class supply chains with a specific focus on how they can be applied across the Purchasing and Supply Management domain. The course learning will extend beyond lean manufacturing across the supply chain.  

This course is constructed based upon the basics of lean thinking, but also examining real case studies of companies utilizing lean.
