Risk Management Related to Supply


Risk management is an important part of purchasing and supply chain management. It includes e.g. managing environmental, demand, process, supply and control, network and financial risks.

After completing this course the participants will have a broad overview of the risks to be managed within purchasing and supply chain management as well as of the tools and methods to be used in risk management.

The themes of course will include:
- TCE-model
- Risk approach as a part of supply strategy
- Different supply risks
- Risk management in supplier networks
- Financial risks
- Supply chain risk management in the light of current crisis
Target group:Directors, managers and specialists in purchasing and supply management organizations, persons preparing for these positions, as well as the strategic management of the organization.
